• PMOAA provides local input for MOAA goals and objectives
• PMOAA is good source of information on issues and circumstances affecting officer and service benefits
• PMOAA offers leadership and networking opportunities
• PMOAA supports local military commands, bases and organizations
• PMOAA fosters camaraderie and fraternal relations among Active Duty, Retired, National Guard, and Reserve Component officers and former officers of the Uniformed Services
• PMOAA works continually to protect the rights and interests of all members of the Uniformed Services, their family members and survivors
• PMOAA allows members many opportunities for community involvement
• Membership in MOAA and PMOAA is open to active duty, retired, National Guard, Reserve, former commissioned officers, and warrant officers of the following uniformed services: Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, Public Health Service, and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Memberships also are available for surviving spouses of deceased officers. When combined with other military organizations in the Military Coalition we are "one powerful voice." By joining together at the local level with other veterans organizations, we can be sure our concerns will be heard by our local, state and national leaders.
